You could try fxcm in hongkong, they have 300US$ mini accounts. Start with a demo account first though, for 3 months at least (unless you’ve got really deep “pockets”).
I also see some brokers that allow you to open a mini account for as low as 100 to 250 US$, got no idea how reliable they are though. FXCM is quite popular and recognised.
Informer/agent is very useful if you’re a beginner. Most brokers though already have 24 hours online chat support that could guide you in a trade. Another thing, hiring an informer/agent takes the fun out of trading.
