www.scoobysworkshop.com Taylor Lautner gained 30lbs of muscle in 6 months, its this kind of news that incorrectly sets peoples expectations and causes everyone to think that they are ‘hardgainers’! First of all Taylor was in puberty when this weight gain occurred, even without weightlifting its not unheard of for a teen to have a growth spurt of this magnitude. In puberty, the bones grow, the muscles grow, and everything grows – without touching a single weight. If you couple a large natural growth spurt, raging teen hormones, and weightlifting, its possible to get a transformation naturally like the one Taylor Lautner had – but its not normal! Maybe 1% of teens can do this! Second point, remember that where there is gobs of money to be made, there is a temptation to cheat to get the best body. How many athletes have been caught cheating with steroids like Barry Bonds did? In hollywood, the temptation for actors to cheat to get ripped muscular physiques can be greater than it is for athletes because there is even more money involved.Are you a hardgainer? I failed, many people are missing the main point of this video so I have disabled comments. My main point is that if you can gain 10lbs muscle in a year, you are not a hardgainer – your are normal! I didnt say there are no exceptions to this rule. Teens in growth spurts can certainly gain *weight* faster than this but they would whether they were lifting weights or not. Just because Taylor Lautner was able to gain 30lbs in 6 months doesnt mean its possible for everyone, its NOT!!!!

there is really no shortcut to getting the body u want, u just have to work hard
and eat helthy, there will always be days when u want to stay at home,
but if u can push yourself over those bad habbits, u will deff start seeing results

@tronvex Best thing to do is try exercies which give you maximen resistance at full contraction like instead of bicep curls(which gives no resistance at the top) try palms up pulldowns. or single arm concentration curl. not that it will do any magic but it will give you abit more out of your workout. most ppl overtrain the arms cause they are involved in most exercies so makesure you get plenty of rest between workouts. its takes time to recover from a workout and even more to build muscle.

@PassRusher74 you can’t do anything about it but to keep working out their is no such exericse to work only on the width. only the muscle will decide(depands on your genetic)how it will gonna grow. Some ppl might give you some suggestions about certain exercies but if you add those exercises with your ongoing arm exercises you will endup overtraining.

pump n see results in 6-8 weeks. Remember scoobys technics it’s all
about GOOD FORM!!! right diet, and cardio. Make sure u complete EACH
sets even if u manage 9 reps, stop and then finish the remaining reps

Here’s a beginners workout if
anyones interested for 6-8 weeks n u will see results: shoulder press
3×12 reps, chest press 3x12reps, chest dips 3 x15 reps (killer),
Biceps curls straight bar 3x12reps, breathing pullovers 3×20 reps,
bentover rows 3x15reps, declined ab crunch 3x20reps, thigh exercise
( forgot wat it’s called but u pull two handles from ankle level n
lift up whilst in bent position n stand up straight and finally
sitting calve raise 3×20 reps!

Best tip would be a whole body work out rather than one certain muscle
group! I used to train in an east London gym called Wag bennet works
where Arnie trained n lived for 4 years! And got massive in less than
5 months!!! Best thing to do is work from top to bottom and be
dedicated ie; shoulders to calves.

Totally distorted, I can’t agree more with you. If you buy (I advise you not to) some of these magazines, half of them are only marketing various supplements that most people don’t need. I have been working out since 2000., so that’s almost 10y. When I started I had only 70kg, in 2003 I had 74kg, 2006. 77kg…. and now I have 84 kilos with very low fat percentage. But I must point that I’m not into bodybuilding, I’m only working on my full definition.

Hey Scooby, How do I make my ARMS “wider”, I have been lifting for a while now and my ARMS have gotten really big but they are skinny. They grow UP but nit OUT. how do I make my ARMS “wider” some ppl have said to work on my deltoids to make my ARMS wider but I don’t know.
