I just want to know if 1kg of dust will make 1kg of refine product or lesser. Thanks

Less. If the gold dust is, say, 12 carat gold, it is only 12/24ths pure gold so, max is 0. 5 kg. If it is 18 carat, then 18/24 or 0. 75 kg. If the gold dust contains other dust, for exle from a grinding/polishing operation so there is perhaps 1 – 2% grinding/polishing media mixed in, it will be less. In fact, the refiner will give you less than that because, 1) their process is not absolutely 100% (maybe 99. 9%) and 2) they will charge you for the refining services, perhaps a flat rate, perhaps as a % of Au recovered. Still, you’ll get a nice little bunch of cash because gold prices are fairly high right now.

depends on the purity of the gold dust. You cannot create something from nothing, so whatever the original gold content of the dust is, will be the maximum yield you will get from refining. Usually with a relatively pure feed, the yield is nearly total (no significant loss to vapor or waste residues).

Less, by a significant amount. Most gold is found as electrum, an alloy of gold and silver mostly, with a small amount of other elements.
It usually is about 14 to 17 carats or 56% to 68% gold. So your dust will probably be between 560 to 680 grams gold.
THere are exceptions but that is the usual range.
