If I register for an Exempt Private Company, can I change it to a normal Private Company in the future?

I’m to register for a Private Company online and came across this Private Company for company with 20 or less (non-corporate) shareholders. Besides the benefits of from , if I register today, can I choose to change it to a normal Private Company in the ?
