    the hydrogen bond is a type of van der Waals interaction, called a dipole-dipole interaction.

    whereas hydrogen bonds and van der Waals’ bonds are generally considered to be “weak”.
    van der waals is stronger than hydrogen bond. It is because it share the electron, The bolecule involve is another than metal molecule,
    while hydrogen bond form from partially +ve and -ve charge. The molecule invove only N,C,O and H only.
